We are working on some keto 75% fat, 20% protein, 5% carb two week meal plans for 1300, 1400, 1500 and 1600 1600 calorie meal plan levels which will be released this week. The meal plans are designed to achieve quick, yet sustainable weight loss. To use the meal plans you will first need to know how many calories a day you can eat to lose weight. That's where are personal calorie and macro service comes in. If you are serious about losing weight you will need to know your ideal calorie leve...l before you can use one of our meal plans. Its a small yet extremely powerful piece of knowledge and an important investment in your health.

More importantly, our meal plans are designed as a LEARNING TOOL. After completing the 2 week plan you will be comfortable and capable of using our framework to design your own meal plans to keep losing weight by slotting in meals from our cookbooks which list exact calories and macros for each meal serving.
