Today's Top Tip: most of the beige carbs we eat can be cut in half or even replaced completely by berry fruit salad or veg and not missed. In fact the meal usually gets tastier.
Less oats in your porridge + more banana and blueberries
Just one slice of toast + top with peanut butter and a sliced banana
