Ok Ms Amy, went to the farmers market in immokalee and picked up a case of Hungarian wax peppers, 3 heads of cabbage, case of zucchini, 3 spaghetti squash, a cantaloupe recipes, some tomatillos, 5 avocados , 5 Of these crazy little green squash, 4 red onions and 4 sweet onions all for $40.00. Now I am prepping it and putting parts of it in freezer and some in vacuum packs in fridge, roasting some of the peppers to put up in vacuum bags to use for recipes later. This way we are set for healthy recipes for the next 3 weeks at least. All of it is complaint with the whole 30 diet.
