Tonight we ate in the Mexican restaurant. I asked for the fresh pomegranate Margarita, but that is the special Monday night. Tonight was..... drum roll.....fresh cucumber margarita I had 2. Then I had fish wrapped in Santa leaves, jicama salad, followed by chocolate mousse. Wonderful. Then we danced to Boogie night in an open courtyard till we were drenched. Sorry no pictures, we agreed to leave our cell phones in the room while we went out. So great to be able to dance again.
