I used bamboo sprouts, carrots, baby peas, onion, garlic, freshly grated ginger, green and sweet red peppers ...uh...what else did i have in the house...oh yeah - instead of linguini i used a thin spinach pasta...well...it was so easy, and so yummy. But I always make too much, you know...so at least tomorrow we can let it get to room temp and eat some for lunch...
