Though my own journey with my teen club/mentoring and more program is in its infancy, I'm still glad to have come across this success story and the challenges and methods involved to achieve a successful transition from a Sole-Proprietorship to a Worker-Cooperative, which is exactly what I plan to do when feasible. This proves that it can be done and some efficient ways to accomplish becoming a company that does not exploit its labor force.
