Here's my muhammara recipe for those interested:
4 roasted sweet red peppers, finely chopped
about 100 g of walnuts, ground...
3-5 garlic recipes cloves, to taste
salt
cumin
olive oil - 2 tablespoons or so
a squeeze of lemon juice
3-4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, add as needed to reach desired consistency
and pomegranate molasses - purchased, or home-made: about 1/2 cup pomegranate juice, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tbls of lemon juice reduced to a syrup on stove top
