Dewayne: The habeas corpus....still learning trying to find the truth.
The Habeas comes from the Magna Charta which states "no free man shall be seized or imprisoned or diseased(deprived of land), or outlawed, or exiled, or injured in any way, nor will we enter on him or send against him except by the lawful judgment of his peers, or by the law of the land."
This is one of the rare instances we see the word "man" rather then the word "person".
In my own personal opinion I believe the system of law is crashing due to the bankers who control it never the less here is some study on the subject.
