Anyone have recipes to share for 1) brown rice. How do you give it more flavor without adding butter (or the traditional chicken or beef broth)? and 2) halibut recipe? I made my first-ever halibut tonight, pan-sauteeing it in EVOO. But I'd love to have other ideas for making it tasty.
