how to make red wine vinegar

I made this sauce with my jalapenos from Summer (and need to make more) We love it on everything from burgers to meatloaf!! smile emoticon Diane

Jalapeno Hot Pepper Sauce heart emoticon

10 jalapeno peppers...
1/2 red bell pepper
8 tablespoons red wine how to make red wine vinegar
juice of 1 whole lime
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tbs. salt
1/2 tbs. onion powder
1/2 tbs. garlic powder

Directions:
Wear gloves, don't touch your eyes.
Cut all peppers in half and remove seeds.
Drop in boiling water for 30 seconds to blanch. Pat dry.
Squeeze juice from lime and combine hot peppers with all other ingredients in blender and chop/pulse.
Then place on high speed to blend all ingredients together smooth.

Store in a canning jar or old hot pepper sauce bottle
Store in fridge.
This sauce is a Medium-Hot sauce.
Increase "hot" factor by leaving in seeds of jalapeno peppers,
and/or adding in some habeneros or ghost peppers...

100% natural and simple to make.
