1 cup goat milk yogurt or non-dairy yogurt*...
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 t. oregano
1 t. dill
1 t. paprika
1 t. salt, to taste
1 t. ground black pepper
1/2 t. rosemary
1/2 t. parsley
Vegetables of choice – e.g. 1 zucchini and 1 orange bell pepper. Cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions would also be great.
