With the exception of that first tease where he rips Batman's mask off, everything I see for this picture makes me cringe. All hype had been killed with the theatrical trailer. It's more than Jesse Eisenberg's wacky Luthor contrasting too hard with these two swole, serious men. Batman looks semi ridiculous when it's not a still frame or a certain angle, and I really like the new suit. Affleck is great in my book. It's something about his space marine voice that's throwing it for me. I see this new TV spot and my first reaction is ughhhhhhhhhhhh.

I love Man of Steel and I fucking wept at that Civil War trailer.
