For all my vegan/ vegetarian/ humanitarian friends... What is your favorite Butter substitute? I use coconut oil on the regular, just looking for something to fill that salty, buttery craving.

Side note: after having mastitis (very painful and uncomfortable infection from pumping too much during breastfeeding) and finding out that this is how most dairy cows live their whole lives... with this condition along with other abusive practices, I'm eliminating dairy from my diet (which are some of my favorite foods).
