Welcome to 4 Sisters B & B , Châteaux de la Whatchamacallit. Bored last we pretended to be hoteliers. Since every time I bake the fire alarm goes off, MB fixed a homemade apple pie with fresh apples topped with a perfectly crunched topping served with apple Carmel ice cream. I decided on Skillet chicken with seared avocado with oabkano ( that's poblano) peppers, glazed red and some sort of other onion served with fresh squeezed lime juice and the lime rind for good measure, all nicely flavored together in olive oil ice cream oil and cheap cooking spray topped with sour cream and sprinkled with hot red pepper . Guaranteed to clean your system , if ya' know what I mean . Cheap red wine recommended. Julia Child's...eat your heart out. .
