Will be responsible for collection,...
organisation and capturing petty cash accounting data
into computerised accounting system, S/he
will also be responsible for the cashiering
role
Proper filing of payment vouchers, journals
and deposit, vouchers for ease of access,
Reconciliation of bank statements,
Maintenance of petty cash float, Preparation
of MRA returns, Participate in periodic
physical stock control, Making payments as
assigned, Prepare year end accounts
Diploma in Accounting with 3 yrs experience
in similar job, Good interpersonal, oral and
written communication skills, Practical
knowledge of MS Office products, and SAGE
computerised accounting system, High
moral and ethical standards
