So many times I see an approach to training that is very one demensional. It's not just about lifting weights or doing jumps or capacity work. It should be centered on movement after all the game is not played in the weight room and neither is everyday movement patterns.Good athletes are fluid yet powerful it's our job to figure out the missing links and address accordingly.
