salmon tacos with onions and jalapeños. Light pepper, garlic salt and red pepper seasoning. Baked my salmon on cedar wood and lemme tell you it's one way to eat a little innocent fishy. BOMB. Paired it with a Cabernet, probably should have went with something less heavy but I live dangerously...and by that I mean I had Cabernet at the house. I have tacos on Wednesday because my mom taught me to be my own man.
