Rewind to this time last year and I was struggling. Working part time Cafe Gratitude and part time breath facilitator my body was so angry with me. She did not have any interest in 8 hour serving shifts nor working a 9 to 5. And in July I let it all go and put complete and total faith into sharing Breathwork. So much has changed since then..
