The 2 most important things to remember when making tuna melts are:
...1) Lots of finely chopped veggies in the tuna salad mix. The veggies add colour, crunch, flavour, and help to stretch a can of tuna further = more sandwiches!
2) Toast the bread before it’s topped with tuna salad. It’s an extra, but an important step. It stops the bread from becoming soggy.
